An independent, research-informed advisory group
Kiros Intelligence Group helps boards, investors and enterprise leaders turn AI into measurable results, with responsible human oversight.
Kiros Intelligence Group is a strategic advisory group based in Asia-Pacific, working with a network of collaborators across the United States and Europe. Since 2005 we have helped organisations turn technology shifts into decisions they can act on.
We combine AI strategy and enterprise transformation, agentic workflow redesign, corporate finance and value creation, AI governance and responsible delegation, board advisory, and implementation oversight with performance measurement.
Our advisory work is independent: we do not resell platforms or licences, and we will tell clients when not to deploy AI. Where a client also wants delivery, Accountable Agent Delivery is a separate service, and any interest we hold in the technology used is disclosed in writing.
Two practices work as one. KIG Advisory leads client work. KIG Research develops the frameworks behind it.

Advisory across borders
Kiros Intelligence Group is based in Asia-Pacific and advises organisations with interests across the region and in selected international markets.
A senior core team
Every engagement is led by a Kiros partner who stays accountable for the work from first conversation to final report.
Partner-enabled delivery
We assemble specialist collaborators from our network of independent experts in research, technology and industry, across Asia-Pacific, the United States and Europe, as each engagement requires.
Local context
We work alongside your own advisers and counsel on local regulation, and draw on regional and international guidance to set a consistent standard.
We describe our network as it is: we do not claim offices, staff or formal partnerships we do not have.
What we stand for
Independent
Our advice is our own. Where we hold an interest in a company relevant to a client, we disclose it in writing.
Evidence over hype
We make claims we can support, and we expect the same of the technology we recommend.
Practitioners
We found and back AI companies, so we know what it takes to make AI work.
Discreet
Client work stays confidential. We publish research, not our clients' affairs.
What we disclose, and why
Clients rely on our advice being independent. These commitments set out how we protect it.
Independent advice
Our advisory services are independent. We do not resell platforms or licences, and we will tell clients when not to deploy AI.
Delivery is a separate service
Accountable Agent Delivery is offered separately from our advisory work. When we lead delivery, we are not independent of the solution, and we say so before any engagement begins.
A named interest: HyperMindQ
Kiros has an interest in HyperMindQ, whose Praetor platform provides the runtime controls used in Accountable Agent Delivery. Clients can ask us to work with another provider.
No assurance of our own work
We do not provide independent assurance on systems we have delivered, or on technology from a company in which we hold an interest.
Disclosure in writing
Any interest relevant to a client engagement is disclosed in writing before the engagement starts, and again if it changes.
What we publish, and how to read it
Research and publications
Peer-reviewed and academic work by our people. Cited as research, not as client results.
Advisory methodology
Our frameworks: K-ARVI, the Agent Value Ledger and the AI Delegation Map. Proprietary methods, not regulatory standards.
Professional experience
The prior careers and qualifications of our people, described as their experience, not the firm's.
Interests
Where we hold an interest in a company whose technology a client may use, we name it on this site and disclose it in writing.
Client engagements
Our client work is confidential. We do not publish client names or results without permission.
Hypothetical illustrations
Worked examples and scenarios are clearly labelled as hypothetical. They are not case studies.
Partners and advisors who bring together strategy, finance, technology, research and industry depth.
Start with an executive conversation
A confidential discussion of your priorities, and where AI could move the numbers in your business.
